Make sure your iphone is running on ios 6 and you have already installed winterboard
Follow these steps after that you can get the result okay
Open cydia
Click on search button
Type this in search window Ios 7 animated lockscreen.
Click on installed button.
Close the cydia.
Open winterboard
Select theme
Click on respire
Your phone will be restart
Then you see your Iphone lockscreen like ios 7
